The Arizona Fall League has officially begun its 2014 season. Top prospects from the around the majors have made their way to town and are looking to impress their big-league clubs. Scottsdale plays host to two AFL teams, the Scottsdale Scorpions and the Salt River Rafters.
The Scottsdale Scorpions call Scottsdale Stadium their home. Located right in the heart of downtown, Scottsdale stadium is the Spring Training home of the San Francisco Giants. Come check out players from the New York Mets, New York Yankees, Philadelphia Phillies, Pittsburgh Pirates and San Francisco Giants organizations. You can find the schedule for the Scorpions here.
The Salt River Rafters are stationed at Salt River Fields, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies in the spring. You’ll find players from the Houston Astros, Arizona Diamondbacks, Colorado Rockies, Florida Marlins and Minnesota Twins organizations on the Rafters. Check out their schedule here.
